Settings and switches
Workspace settings, and the flags that turn features on or off.
Owners and admins open Workspace settings from the workspace menu at the top of the sidebar. Workspace settings open only after your account is activated.
Locale, timezone, and date format
General holds the workspace's Workspace name, its Handle, and these defaults:
- Default language: English or Deutsch.
- Timezone: an IANA timezone, such as
Europe/Berlin. Team shift times use it. - Date format: European (06.04.2026), US (04/06/2026), or ISO 8601 (2026-04-06).
- Currency: the default for costs and payments.
Each person can still choose their own language and theme in Profile.
AI model tiers
AI models sets the workspace's models in three tiers: Fast, Standard, and Pro. Standard answers inbox conversations. For each tier you choose a model and, where the model offers it, a thinking level. AI features work only when the server has an AI provider configured.
Flags
Some features are workspace switches, also called flags. A Machine QR platform admin sets them per workspace in Settings, Flags; owners and admins do not see that page. Setup packs also turn some switches on.

A default applies until a platform admin sets another value for the workspace.
Public pages
While public pages are off, visitors find no workspace or asset page for a QR code and cannot register; members still open them. Visitor registration in Assets decides whether visitors may register unknown codes. See QR codes and public pages.
Inbox and work orders
Inbox is always on: Inboxes appears in settings and Inbox in the sidebar in every workspace. When Work orders is on, Work orders appears in both, and Teams appears in settings. Work orders settings hold the types, the templates, and Keep all work order assets in one space.
Maps
While Maps is off, floor plans, placements, and the map view are hidden but kept. See Maps and floor plans.
